As the business grew, we moved first to North Bondi and then to our current location in Botany.
In 2008 we decided to change the name, packaging, and the way we communicate with our wholesale and retail market to better reflect the handmade aspect of our products.
Eager to increase our savoury range, we launched the most delicious range of pies, sausage rolls and quiches in 2011. And because we are so attached to our colour, we called this entity Purple Pies!
In fact one of our biggest achievements is providing our wholesale and retails customers with as consistent a product as a handmade product can be.
Our daily focus is to supply great tasting products using the best ingredients available to a wide customer base.
